Her expertise includes recruitment, compensation and benefits design, payroll administration, and employee engagement, with a strong focus on aligning HR practices with organisational strategy. She plays a key role in building a structured, high-performing workforce to support the Bank's growth.

She holds an MBA from Open University Malaysia and a Bachelor's degree in Human Sciences (Psychology).
