Leadership Profile

Nurain Janah is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in corporate governance, finance, and strategy, specialising in sustainable business transformation across complex industries. She holds a Master of Professional Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Human Geography, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Maldives and a Certified Member of INFINZ.

She is the Founder and Director of Rehendhi Consulting, an international ESG and social impact advisory firm, and serves on several international and industry boards, including the International Federation of Asian and Western Pacific Contractors Associations (IFAWPCA), Maldives Airports Company Limited, the Maldives National Association of Construction Industry (MNACI), and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade's Business Council.

Her global contributions include advisory and oversight roles with the Commonwealth Businesswomen's Network and New Zealand's Online Safety Code Oversight Committee. She has also founded award-winning charities across Oceania and South Asia. Nurain was recognised as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader (Class of 2025), and has received multiple international leadership accolades.
