Raheema Saleem is a senior financial services executive with over 30 years of experience in housing finance, public finance, and corporate governance in the Maldives. She is the Founding Managing Director of Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) Maldives, where she led the institution's growth from a modest portfolio to over MVR 1.8 billion, and successfully raised more than MVR 600 million through bonds and sukuk.

She has held senior roles within HDFC and previously spent 17 years at the Ministry of Finance, working in treasury and debt management. She currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Apollo Holding Pvt Ltd and continues to contribute to policy and governance discussions in the financial sector.

Raheema holds a Master of Management and a Master of Tourism from Monash University, Australia, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University. She brings deep expertise in capital markets, institutional development, and financial governance.
